Flaer - Model ST-FB / 100 -Main Wipers

The FLAER® main scraper is mounted on the head drum approx. 100 mm behind the discharge point of the conveyor belt. Due to its compact design, the transfer chutes can be kept small. The lateral support of the support tube also allows the scraper blades to be optimally adjusted to the belt. The FLAER® main scraper can be used at 90 ° for normal as well as reversing operation. The hard metal scraper blades mounted on rubber elements ensure high cleaning performance. The carbide strips soldered on the head side have a high surface pressure at low contact pressure and are therefore particularly gentle on the belt - which is ideal for the belt surface. If the hard metal strips are worn despite the long service life, only the individual scraper blades are unscrewed from the rubber elements and replaced quickly.
