The Vertical Cardboard Baler / Mill Size Baler Is A Perfect Baling Machine For Efficiently Making Mill Sized Bales. One of the most popular hydraulic baling machines, the Vertical Cardboard Baler, is a rugged, high-quality, steel-built machine designed to last. This vertical cardboard baler is designed to allow a single operator to safely and easily load the material into the chamber. Once loaded, the operator simply closes the door, and presses a button on the control panel to start compressing.
The ram compresses the material in a compression ratio up to 12-to-1 and holds the material in a compressed state to allow easy strapping. Once strapped, the bale will be safely ejected from the chamber with the raise of the platen.
The rugged design will ensure years of worry-free operation. Its ability to work with high-volume cardboard and OCC recycling and many other solid waste materials makes it a versatile machine. It produces mill size bales that weigh up to 450 kgs, ideal for recycling and transportation. The finished bale size is easy to handle by existing forklifts and other machinery and is transportable on a variety of freight vehicles.
