Francis Xavier Baldacchino
Founder

Born in 1926 and father of 8, Francis always excelled in perseverance and entrepreneurship. He was exposed to the fiberglass industry through a friend, at a time when need for this material was increasing in the boating industry. Having gained the necessary technical know-how through testing and experience, he founded Silvercraft Products Ltd in 1974, primarily to manufacture boats and other watercrafts. Eventually the product line evolved to what it is today to keep abreast of market needs, and his children and grand-children continue to serve the company to this day.

At the heart of the company - Directors
All of the second generation was involved in the running of the company at some point in time. They supported the family business to ensure a legacy for future generations. Managing the company today as Executive Directors are brother and sister Felix and Angela, who have been with the company since the very start. Their experience is an invaluable asset for both the company and customers.
