Manganese Dioxide

Our Manganese dioxide is a natural ore extremely pure suitable for drinking water treatment. The product, in fact, conforms to the standard CEN (European Standard Committee) pr EN 13752. It is recommended as catalyst for the oxidation of  Iron and Manganese. It is used in pressure or gravity filters, normally mixed with quartz sand 0,7 ÷ 1,2 mm in 20% volume ratio. It doesn’t require the regeneration with Potassium Permanganate.
