R&R - Manual Aerosol Filling Machine for Entry-Level Production
R&R Aerosol Systems offers a range of semi-automatic aerosol filling machines designed for entry-level production needs. These machines require an operator to load and unload the aerosol containers while the process operations are managed through a compact PLC/HMI system. Featuring single head fillers that incorporate product filling, crimping, propellant filling, and leak detection, the machines can be either bench-style or free-standing based on client specifications. All models are equipped with comprehensive guarding, door-interlocked sensors, and emergency stop circuits ensuring operator safety. Capable of handling variable container types and fill volumes, these machines operate at speeds of 5 to 10 containers per minute depending on manual handling efficiency and product specifications.
R&R have developed a series of ‘Entry-Level’ semi-automatic Aerosol Machines – where an operator must load and unload the aerosol container, but the process operations are controlled via a small PLC / HMI system. These are similar to manual aerosol filling machines.
The machines have aerosol single head fillers which compromise of (product filling, crimping, propellant filling, leak detection) or multiple heads, and can be ‘bench’ style or free-standing, depending on the requirements of the Client.
All ‘Entry Level’ Machines have all-round guarding, door-interlocked sensors and emergency stop circuits to provide operator safety.
Depending upon the manual handling of containers, and product / propellant types and fill volumes, these semi-automatic machines are capable of running at 5 – 10 CPM.
