Adroit’s Manual Bar Screen is a cost-effective and reliable solution for floating/solid waste screening in sewerage treatment plants (STP), industrial effluent treatment plants, and stormwater drain systems. The design is simple and rugged offering ease of operation. Adroit’s manual bar screens ensure optimal removal of solids/floating waste and overall treatment performance.
The screen is installed in a channel in an inclined angle allowing screening of waste/ debris while allowing water to flow through. The spacing between bars determine the size of waste that shall be filtered from the flowing water. The bar spacing can range from 6mm-100mm. As wastewater flows through the manual screen, floating waste and solids are accumulated on the screen which are then removed manually
