STP Acuster - Model Track 250 -Manual Butt-Welding Machine

TRACK-250 butt-welding machines serve for joining pipes made of PE, PP, PB, PVDF within the diameter range 63-250 mm. Machines are controlled manually and don`t store welding parameters. TRACK machines are characterised by their simple and light-weight construction. Machines are operated on the basis of table of welding parameters attached to the control panel if hydraulic unit. Timer and stop watch features are integrated into the regulator of temperature also located on the control panel. Newly designed hydraulic system allows for smooth adjustment of press force and max. retraction speed. New solution allowed to reduce the weight and dimensions of hydraulic unit by 25%.
