MAPEKO - Distributor Trough Heaters for Heating and Drying Applications
MAPEKO designs and manufactures custom distributor trough heaters utilized for both drying and heating a range of distributor troughs. These heaters are crafted to meet various operational requirements, offering options such as opening fires with full covers or with multiple smaller heat shields for heating through an existing cover. Their drying fire units are equipped with the MAPEKO Soft Drying System FOEHN®, enabling a controlled temperature increase with additional air, maintaining a slow ramp-up of less than 10°C per hour. This system ensures the stability and integrity of thermal processes, providing a reliable solution tailored to the specific heating and drying demands of different distributor troughs.
Distribution trough fires are used for drying as well as for heating up various distribution troughs. All MAPEKO fires are individually designed and manufactured.

Heating Fire
Heating fire with complete lid or alternatively with several smaller heat shields (for heating through an existing lid)
Dry Fire
The MAPEKO drying furnaces are equipped with the MAPEKO Soft Drying System FOEHN®, which allows extremely low temperature increases to be achieved by using additional air (< 10°C/h)
