C. Combination of both
Automatic filter plate transport
The automatic shifting is made hydromechanically. A carrier , which is fixed to an endless roller chain, is moved up and down. With inter-locking guaranties that only one plate is shifted at a time. This system automatically moves each plate in succession without interruption unless overridden by the operator.
With the membrane filterpresses a dry solids contents up to 60-70% can be achieved. the solid, concentration should be minimum 5-10% in order to get a good cake.
