MASS‑STREAM MS‑105 up to 50 ln/min, with integrated TFT display. 6 gases pre‑installed: Air, N₂, O₂, Ar, CH₄, CO₂. Direct inline CTA sensor (no bypass). Rugged IP65 design, very low pressure drop, excellent repeatability, and low sensitivity to humidity or dirt.
