Master - Oil Mist Collector
MASTER MIST – The innovative rotary collectors by Italyvacuum dedicated to the oil mist division, arise from the need to eliminate oil mist, vapors, smoke, fumes that come from the most diverse processes, in order to make the work environment as healthy as possible, contributing at the same time to environmental protection.
A careful market analysis by Italyvacuum technicians has led the company to develop this advanced line of products in the full awareness of being able to simplify and improve what has been available on the market up to now, by applying its own technology and making it more efficient yet much less expensive for all maintenance operations.
This product enjoys a European patent thanks to the numerous innovations it contains.
It is available in 6 different models and in all voltages and frequencies on the world market.
The entire range is also available in stainless steel for harmful vapors, corrosive mists or for hazardous environments (Atex).
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Volume of filtered air: from 400 to 800 m3 ( 235 cfm to 1648 cfm )
- Filtering group: 3 stages + Hepa
- Air inlet [ Ø ]: 100mm – 4” / 150mm – 6” / 200mm – 8”
Materials included in the basic supply
- Conical filter in special high density material
- 100% steel frame construction
- Robust and elegant electric rotary switch with clear visibility of its status even from a distance
- 8 meters of electric cable with connection plug
Optionals available
- DCD system to constantly monitor the level of contamination of the filters and their efficiency in real time + hours of work performed
- “Contactless” antistatic system for grounding residual currents
- Aerial supports of various types – specially designed to be able to position Master Mist in the most suitable and most efficient place
- Remote start on/off - allows the aspirator and the machinery to be switched on and off simultaneously and automatically
- Compatible with any type of oil mists
- Increased filtering surface with consequent reduction of maintenance costs
- No type of pre-assembly to be performed on the filter unit
- Very efficient reduction of oil waste thanks to the specific recovery circuit
- Rotating internal drum with relative non-existent filtering pads and consequently no problems of unbalancing or eccentric rotation of the unit
It is worthy to note that due to the different quantity of oil absorbed by the filtering drum pads and consequent different moving weights, the rotation axis begins to turn in an unusual and anomalous manner, increasing more and more the vibrations and the mechanical stress exerted on the engine bearings leading to inevitable breakages and downtime, unless, costly maintenance is scheduled on a regular basis - General costs (electricity consumption + maintenance + spare parts + management time) incomparable with other types of similar filters
- Possibility of equipping the vacuum cleaner with a series of accessories designed for the specific application of the user
- Available in every voltage and frequency worldwide
Filter group (4 stages)
- Inlet filtering grit for the capture of medium/large sized solid residues
- Coalescence process to group the micro droplets of oil and drastically reduce their passage to the next stage
- A special conical-shaped fiberglass mesh filter forces the micro drops of oil to physically break against its mesh and then descend along the oblique walls to the collection base
- A very fine H13 or H14 HEPA filter is set up as a final stage to filter 99.95% of the residual air
- Disassembly and control of the entire apparatus which can be performed in a few seconds thanks to its constructive simplicity
- Internal subdivision of the air circulation in order to optimize the flows
- Inlet air manifold positioned directly in the center of the suction fan to aid in the capture of micro particles
- Special internal drainage system to direct the oil flow towards the outlet hole which is then automatically filtered and expelled due to the gravitational force
- Large oil outlet hole to facilitate its flow and avoid any type of hitch or machine downtime due to chips or impurities mixed with the oil
