Matakt - Silo Bunker
To eliminate the fault, compressed air tanks or compressed air pipelines are attached to the outside of the corresponding funnel, silo or bunker walls using stable brackets. Holes of approx. 80 mm in diameter are drilled through the container walls near the low-flow zones. A 2 1/2 ″ pressure hose then creates the connection between the pressure vessel and the discharge nozzle, which is attached to the inside of the silo.
This large-area pipe cross section then blows the stored air energy in milliseconds through the blow-out head into the critical material zones. The air volume blows up the stuck material and lets it flow again in the flow of gravity.
A 1/2 ″ compressed air line and a collecting cable for controlling the valves are laid to the pressure vessel. The firing valves on the pressure vessels are controlled by the control unit, in which all safety and compressed air maintenance devices are also integrated. The control can be done manually using a push button, fully automatically or via fault messages.
