TOUGH STUFF Distributor System Features
- Heavy-duty schedule 80 pipe and solid PVC construction

As with all TOUGH STUFF products, custom configurations and materials (CPVC, Polypropylene, Teflon, PVDF etc.) are available.
Flanged or DSF Systems are designed for composite tanks with standard 6" SNA flanged top and bottom openings. Standard systems include an upper diffuser and a lower hub and laterals for 24" to 63" tanks. As with DH systems, they are extra strong for use with heavy filtration media.
Top Mount or DH Systems are designed for all top mount control valves with 1.5"–3.0" center riser ports. These systems are extra strong for use with heavy filtration media like gravel, sand and garnet. Standard systems are available for 14" to 63" tanks.
Side Mount Valves or DS Systems include an upper diffuser and a lower hub and laterals for 16" to 36" tanks. They are designed for FRP molded tanks with 4" or 6” #8 top- and bottom-threaded openings, and can be modified to fit tanks from most manufacturers. They are perfect for Water Softeners, Carbon Filters, Multimedia Filters and D.I.
