Tn the manufacture of our shotshell cases and bases (primed and unprimed), we apply the most innovative technology, without the assistance of third parties and with one main objective: to comply with the highest standards of regulation and product quality. We monitor the extrusion process with industrial rigor and craftsmanship. We manufacture ourshotshell cases with our own raw materials on the basis of the work carried out by ourR + D + iprofessionals, which allows us to have maximum control during the whole process. Furthermore, we comply with thehighest safety and quality standards.
Our cases are made of high-density polyethylene that we subject to athermomechanical process(both axial and radial). This allows us to achieve anoptimum elasticitythat has an effect on a bettersealing of the cartridgeand how it fits with the base.
All our cartridge bases are produced using a high precision progressive stamping process. Due to their great resistance, they are able to withstand extremely high pressures and guarantee the cohesion of the cartridge.
Available in two finishes, brass or nickel-plated, they are subjected to an anti-corrosion treatment that guarantees their durability.
