The Liquid-Solid Separator Centrifuge has two basic functionsPrewash / Wash
In cases where a module for washing and densifying the material is necessary, it is always recommended, in case of high degrees of dirt, to carry out a pre-wash prior to introducing the plastic into the sink to extend the life of the water (which is an expensive, scarce and highly environmentally controlled good).
By incorporating a small water inlet into the centrifuge (20% of the flow rate of a domestic tap) we achieve a pre-wash of the material that will extend the good maintenance of the laundry water.
In cases where the densification of the materials is not necessary and they do not contain large levels of dirt, we can achieve with this same system a washing eliminating dust particles or other solid impurities that accompany the plastic.
Drying
With its 3,000 rpm, the material coming from the washing module comes out completely dry, expelling in turn the last possible remains of residue that could have been adhered to the plastic.
Our patented blade system is specially designed to expel material from the centrifuge without the need for a final electric fan.
Self-cleaning
The centrifuge incorporates a pneumatic self-cleaning system for the inner grid to guarantee at all times a perfect expulsion of the solids and liquids introduced, avoiding the clogging of the holes.
