As a result of more than 10 years of experience implementing membrane bioreactors, Europe Membrane offers its customers the product named MBRable train consisting of prefabricated ultrafiltration MBR units ready to use. These units are designed to be energy efficient and very safe. They incorporate all the instrumentation, the automatisms and the MBRable management software pack needed to operate autonomously.ation systems ready to use (plug and play), in external immersed configuration
The implementation of these systems is easy, fast and secure since all the treatment plants are delivered tested in factory. Its transportation can be terrestrial or marine, which makes it a very interesting option for sewage plants for airports, oil plants, resorts, industries and in general any site where we want to minimize the work on site.
MBRable train is a unit of ultrafiltration for application in biological reactors MBR composed of hollow fiber membrane cassettes immersed in external configuration.
Ultrafiltration modules are formed by tank of membranes, cassettes, aeration system for cleaning of membranes, degassing system, pumps, flow meters, valves, pressure gauges, CIP unit for the chemical cleaning of membrane recovery, etc. All of this is managed by a PLC control and the MBRable management software pack.
These ultrafiltration modules are independent which allows maintenance cleaning of one unit, while the others are operating. Similarly chemical recovery cleanings are performed individually and scheduled so that there are no operational stoppages.
An important technical innovation is the incorporation of a mobile physic cleaning system through water nozzles which removes surface dirt and allows to lengthen the effective filtration cycles minimizing the use of chemicals, no need for staff and extending the life of membranes.
