MDSJSparse Phase Pneumatic Conveying System

SHARE

In MDSJ sparse phase pneumatic conveying systems, low air and low pressure rates are used. Air rate usually changes between 1-15 and 15-30 m/s. Solid materials in dust and granule forms are conveyed into pipes horizontally and vertically and in suspended condition.

In sparse phase conveying, as a positive and negative series of action, there is transportation between one point and many points or between many points and one point or many points.  Primary components include vacuum pump, rotary or suction components, filter system at the discharge point, transport pipes and manual automatic ion automations. We, as MDSJ, have high level of knowledge accumulated over years in the area of pneumatics. You can contact with us for all complex matters.

Pressure Conveying Sparse Phase
For conveyance through pressure sparse phase system, fan or blower may be used up to 1 bar pressure. For air product separation at the final point, automatic cleaning pulse jet filter is used. Positive transport systems contain positively displaced blower product feed rotary, transfer pipe and filter equipment. Product is injected into the product pipeline in packaged or continuous form. The product arrives at the final point in suspended form. MDSJ sparse phase conveying systems may be installed with capacities arriving up to 500kg and 1ton hour.

Vacuum System Sparse Phase Conveying
No fan or blower is used in vacuum conveying system. In vacuum conveying, pressure may go up to 0,7 bar; on the other hand, air product rate range is 1-10. Materials may be transferred from one point to the other or from many points to one point or many points on a maximum  distance of 50 m and a capacity of 150 t/h. Vacuum systems are made of one product feed point, arrival point, filter and vacuum pump at the final point.
