Profibus - Model OrbiVib2 -Measuring Vibrations System

OrbiVib2 is designed for measuring vibrations with-in the frequency range 0-100 Hz. It is possible to use up to eight Independent frequency bands which will monitor acceleration in speed with-in the chosen frequency area. It is possible to structure every single tape pass filter, vibration maximum and time of reaction.  The OrbiVib2 module has two digital RPM-inputs which also can be used as  input for the A-B encoder. 

Two relay outputs can be programmed to singularly be activated via RPM or via vibration maximums. An integrated 100 samples data logger will detect all relevant all excess information. The datalogger stores the information with date stamps inside its non-volatile memory system. 

Both Profibus DP and the USB interface may be used to structure, monitor and control OrbiVob2. 

Stand-alone is also possible after configuration.

A GSD[E] file gives the master all the necessary information needed on the module and the Profibus data protokol.
