JC France - Mechanical Fine Bar Screens
The fine screens are special used for urban, municipal, and industrial wastewater treatment. Very efficient for removing small solids and reduce the Biologic oxygen demand (BOD). The screen opening size used helps for the downstream process. Among our different types of mechanical screens suited for the industrial or urban wastewater treatment, we provide a wide range of automatic fine screens worldwide.
Our custom-made automatic fine bar screens
Our automatic fine screen is necessary for industrial and urban wastewater treatment by filtrating the waste from the water in the WWTP, in pump protection against big solids, in slaughterhouse, but also in paper industry, recycling, and textil.
Our fine screens are very usefull as well in pump stations before collective network.
We developed a wide range of fine automatic screens manufactured on demand, in order to bring a personalized machine to the client. The width, the height of waste evacuation, the number of rakes for removing waste from the screen, are all adjustable regarding the client project.
We provide many models with inclinations from 30° to 80°, screen opening size from 1 to 6mm, and solutions with bars or trapezoidal bar screen.
The automatic fine screen has the same advantage of maintenance as the coarse screens. That’s mean the immerse parts are studied to avoid mecancial blockings, by having sliding PEHD plastic for the chain way.

The wide range of automatic fine screen (with screen bars) are particulary efficients in the slaughterhouse fields with opening size between 4 and 8 mm.
All manufacture in stainless steel, the equipment is giving a long using life, what is expected by the customer.
The fine bar screen is dedicated to primary treatment in urban wastewater, in primary treatment for slaughterhouse, in pump stations and fine screening for industrial sites.
Our automatic fine screen with trapezoidal wire
Our second range of automatic fine screens are made with trapezoidal wire.
Those models are perfect for industrial fields (paper mill, recycling…) slaughterhouses, and urban waste water.
This kind of screen is cleaned thanks to brushes and special rakes. The fine opening spacing bars from 500 microns to 6mm allows to deal with an high flow and remove the waste with efficiency.
The frame for the fine wire screen is very similar to the fine bar screen.
It means that the construction is though for long life resisting.
It can be as well customized to your project, in vertical or inclined position, opening spacing bar variable and dimensioned on demand.
