In Vitro：Acetyl-Phosphate (10 mM) lithium potassium is an important regulator of lysine acetylation in Escherichia coli. Its role in E. coli primarily involves regulating lysine acetylation, promoting protein function regulation, influencing metabolic activities, and affecting cell growth states[1]. Acetyl-Phosphate (1-10 mM, 30 minutes) non-enzymatically regulates lysine acetylation of Salmonella typhimurium PhoP protein, playing a crucial role in bacterial responses to various environmental stresses[2].
