Merit Sensor - Model TVC Series -Medical Pressure Transducer

The TVC Series is designed for reliable pressure measurement across a wide range of conditions, making it suitable for applications like fuel vapor measurement at low pressures and refrigerant gas measurement at higher pressures. It features stable output even at temperatures up to 150°C. The sensor can incorporate one of two MEMS silicon dies—the HM Series or J Series—mounted on the ceramic pressure port for backside pressure. This setup isolates the media to the ceramic, silicon, and die-bond material, enhancing durability. Customization is possible due to the dual MEMS die options. The TVC Series is especially relevant for automotive applications and can handle harsh media such as fuel, oil, and exhaust. Stable output ensures accuracy across the entire temperature range, critical for consistent sensor performance over the application’s life.
