The waste treatment starts with precise weighing and automated loading onto the system, followed by efficient shredding that minimizes waste volume. A robust industrial shredder calibrated to produce optimal results features multiple safeguards, including an anti-blocking system. Preheating through microwaves rapidly elevates the waste to approximately 100°C for disinfection. The system maintains this temperature for an hour, ensuring complete disinfection. Post-treatment waste is both dry and unrecognizable and can be directed to household waste routes or specialized sorting. Ecosteryl’s approach accommodates numerous types of medical waste while maintaining exclusion zones for hazardous radioactive materials.
