Yili - Model HiQumn CTN35 -Medium Pressure Chromatography Column
HiQumn® CTN35 is a laboratory grade, high pressure resistant product with a pressure strength of 35 Bar and a 6.6mm inner diameter. The smaller inner diameter of the column requires less packing volume, which minimises the amount of samples and viruses to be spiked and saves costs, and is particularly suitable for small scale purification and analysis applications, such as virus removal and validation. The columns are available in six column heights: 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, and are available with adjustable heads at both ends, making them more practical and cost-effective.

Chemical Resistance: Depending on the chemical stability of the materials used in the flow path, the product is resistant to most acids, bases and most organic solvents; it is not resistant to strong acids, phenols, aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
