Mekex - Subsea Track System

The project concerned the design, production and testing of a new high performance pipeline track system for trencher unit operating on sea bottom in Kashagan oil field. The requirements were very severe because the new clamping system had to assure 100% traction force more that the old one with no increase in dimensions. Mekex Innovation has designed the new equipment, checked it with FEA techniques, built and  tested in workshop. The result has been better than customer’s expectations.
