The screen is the filtration media of AZUD LUXON system. Thanks to the design of the whole, the particles are retained in the internal side of the filtering element, guaranteeing a constant filtration grade during the whole process.
AZUD LUXON screen is manufactured in high quality sintered steel. Its effective filtration area is higher than other filters in the market and it is able to adapt itself to all kind of applications.
Different qualities of water. High filtration quality, independently of the nature of the suspended solids.
High temperatures. The temperature of the water is not a limiting aspect for the quality of the filtered water and the life of the materials used in the production of the different components.
Low and high pressures. Different configurations depending on the working pressure and the security standards required.
Wide range of filtration grades. From 10 to 1000 micron. Depending on the application, we can select so much the size of the solids to be retained as the volume of the same.
High flow rates. Optimal compromise between flow rate and footprint.
