REDWAVE - Model XRF -Metal Sorting Machine
HIGH PERFORMANCE SORTING OF NONFERROUS METALS MACHINE FACTS: -Future-proof investment – flexible and versatile -Sorting widths: 450 mm, 900 mm, 1370 mm -Small footprint: 12 m2 (130 ft2) facilitates easy plant integration -Same chassis size for each sorting width, allowing for easy upgrade with the same footprint -Capacities of up to 14 t/h for ZORBA sorting -Combination of XRF and camera technology supports rapid alloy and shape recognition -Free-Fall design cuts out moving parts, decreasing maintenance and increasing the uptime -Sortable material sizes from (5) 10-180 mm -REDWAVE mate – statistical analysis of material composition -XRF can "see" through contamination -ROI usually less than 1 to 2 years -One machine is all you need for any applicationMost popular related searches

Sorting of:
- Non ferrous metals: Metals can be identified according to the colour, nature of the metal and of elemental composition.
- Sorting of slag: separation of various metals from a mixture of slag and metals
- Sorting of aluminium
- Separation of various impurities of metallic origin (Cu, Zn, VA, brass, Pb etc.)
- further separation of these fractions (see below: sorting of non-ferrous metals and other metals)
- Separation of various impurities of different origin (e.g. wood, plastics) by means of camera technology
- Separation of aluminium alloys with a higher Zn or Cu content. We are able to produce for instance the alloy 6061 by separating Al alloys with Zn and Cu contents of a few percent
- Separation of various impurities of metallic origin (Cu, Zn, VA, brass, Pb etc.)
- Sorting of stainless steels
- Separation of impurities such as Cu, Zn, brass, Pb, Sn in pure form and in the form of alloys. A pure fraction of steel / stainless steel is produced.
- Separation of stainless steels from a mixture of steel and stainless steel.
- Separation of stainless steels with Mo contents according to adjustable Mo concentration
- Separation of stainless steels with Ni contents according to adjustable Ni concentrations
- Sorting of non-ferrous metals and other metals
- Separation of Cu, Zn, brass etc. in pure fractions
- Production of a pure Cu fraction
- Production of a pure brass fraction
- Etc.
- Separation of Cu, Zn, brass etc. in pure fractions
- Sorting of precious metals
- Separation of materials containing Au
- Separation of materials containing Ag
- Special applications
- Sorting of Cu tubes
- Separation of Ag soldering joints
- In general: Sorting of various alloys on the basis of differences in the composition of the elements, e.g. presence of an element in alloy A, which is not existent in B and C, etc.
- Sorting of Cu tubes
