• The various types of drives can be combined with the different types of pump heads, such that an optimal dosing system can be created for each particular task.
• The drives and pump heads come in various performance categories, which can then be adapted to each new task.
• The delivery rates range from a few ml/h to several m3/h. Back pressures of up to 1000 bar are possible.
• There is a wide selection of pump head materials to choose from, depending on the particular application. Standard material is 1.4571 stainless steel. In addition, you can take your pick from the following materials: titanium, nickel, Hasteloy, Tantal, PVDF, PTFE, PE, PP and PVC. Other materials are also available.
• Thanks to the modular design, several drives (adjustable crankshaft drives), several pump heads and an electric motor can be assembled into a single multiple pump system. The stroke length of individual drives can be adjusted manually or using an electric stroke adjustment.
• The horizontal row construction offers significant advantages when fitting pipes to the pumps.
• Pneumatic and electromagnetic linear drives are used for metering pumps, which have smaller rates of delivery and mostly direct-digital proportional coupling with a main flow that sets a series of impulses.
• The linear drives are secure against overload and practically maintenance free.
