Metro - Diaphragm Rubber Sheets / Fabric Reinforced Rubber Sheets
Diaphragm Rubber Sheets or Fabric Reinforced Rubber Sheets have one or more ply/insertion/reinforcement of Nylon Fabric between the outer layers of the Neoprene/Nitrile Rubber Compound. This provides Strength to Rubber Pertaining to high Hydraulic or Pneumatic Pressure. Nylon Fabric Reinforced Nitrile Rubber Sheets are widely used as Diaphragms for Oil, LPG, Solvents & Gases resistant application in Automobile & other Industries.

Nylon Fabric Reinforced Nitrile Rubber Sheets are resistant to Petrochemicals, Gases.
Application:
Automobile Industry, manufacturing of Valves, regulators, Pneumatic & Hydraulic Pumps., Oil Seals,, Flange gaskets, Gas Masks.
Composition: Composed of 1,2 or more layers of Nylon fabric reinforced between Nitrile or Neoprene Rubber Sheets.
Size: Width up to 1500mm, Length - generally 10 meters per roll.
Thickness: Rubber Sheets manufactured in the range of 0.3mm to 25mm.
Surface: Smooth on both sides OR Fabric on one side, smooth on the other (Rubber Coated Fabric).
Diaphragm Rubber Sheets could be manufactured as per the mentioned Properties & Variation depending upon application requirements.
- Specific Gravity (gm. / cm3): 1.20 to 1.30
- Hardness (Shore A, ±5): 60 to 70
- Tensile Strength, (kg / cm2): between 80 to 100
- Elongation at break, (%): between 250 to 300
- Compression Set, at 70°C for 22 hrs. (%): 25 to 30
- Service Temperature Range:-30° C to +120° C
Fabric Reinforced Rubber Sheets could be manufactured with a no. of Polymers like chloroprene, EPDM, Silicone, Viton, Nitrile, NR depending on site requirements. Diaphragm Rubber Sheets could be supplied in thickness as less as 0.3mm maintaining accuracy & precision.
