MFE Zephyr AirSeparator - Twin Air Separator

The various models of the MFE Zephyr AirSeparator are used as twin air separator to separate the feed fraction into two partial streams: heavy fraction and light fraction. By putting two units in line and regulating them separately, we provide an extra sorting step. With this we can separate the conveyed fraction into three separate streams: a heavy fraction, a middle fraction and a light fraction. Because of the modular construction, we are able to deliver an installation that fits to your sortable material streams and that is tuned to your desires regarding the quality and purity of the sorting process. MFE Zephyr AirSeparator is a complete machine including ventilator, filter box, valves, tubes, accessories and a control unit. In addition to the MFE Zephyr Air Separator, MFE Recycling is also a manufacturer of conveyors, steel slat conveyors, feeding hoppers, trommel screens, platforms, stairs and supports.
