Comco AccuFlo - Micro-Abrasive Blaster
AccuFlo is our first micro-abrasive blaster equipped with patented Simoom Technology featuring a redesigned modulator, aerodynamic tank and PowderGate valve. The added flexibility and enhanced powder flow control allow for a wider range of applications.
The AccuFlo is available in a variety of configurations, including a selection of models, adaptations, nozzles and abrasive. Our Technical Sales team will work with you to ensure that your system is configured exactly the way you need it.
The following model options are available:
- Standard or Tall Tank (one or two-liter powder capacity)
- Standard Pressure (125 psi) or High Pressure (185 psi)
- Constant Air-Bleed (for working in wet environments)
- Electronic Regulator (for automation environments)

- Superior mixing technology
Simoom Technology is our patented method of consistently and efficiently mixing air and abrasive. This breakthrough technology creates a more streamlined flow path, reducing turbulence, to provide better control over the abrasive stream–and allows your AccuFlo to work with a wider range of abrasive.
- More durability under duress
Our PowderGate Valve was designed to work with AccuFlo in harsh production environments. This scaled-down version of our traditional pinch-valve fits neatly in the abrasive mixing chamber and features a more direct flow path and easy access.
PowderGate is rated to last 250,000 blast cycles in a production environment without maintenance. A traditional pinch valve lasts about 10,000.

Our ComfortGrip Handpiece provides the ultimate combination of comfort and performance. ComfortGrip has a cushioned, natural feel and is less resistant to motion than standard handpieces so you can keep blasting without getting tired.
