The Nanoray Micro Video Borescope offers outstanding clarity for detailed inspections, even in the tightest spaces. With ultra-thin insertion probes available in 1mm and 1.6mm diameters and lengths of 1m and 2m, this device is designed for precision. It features a high-resolution 160,000-pixel CMOS sensor paired with sufficient LED illumination, delivering vivid and detailed visuals. The user-friendly 6" tablet allows for real-time viewing, along with easy image and video capture.

A six-inch touchscreen tablet with a convenient stand anchors the X35’s user experience. Operators can pinch-to-zoom, tap to capture photos or video, annotate on the spot, and organise findings in intuitive folders without leaving the inspection site. The software suite timestamps every frame, generates ready-to-send reports, and lets users overlay reference images for instant before-and-after comparisons, turning raw footage into actionable maintenance data in minutes.
Recognising that no single insertion tube can handle every task, we designed the NANORAY X35 micro video borescope around a fully interchangeable, quick-connect probe architecture. The standard tungsten-braided tube shrugs off abrasion inside rough castings; a spring-coil variant bends effortlessly through serpentine corridors; a medical-grade smooth tube glides across delicate surfaces without leaving a mark; and a PTFE option resists aggressive chemicals and elevated temperatures. All tubes are IP67 rated, ensuring reliable operation in dusty or wet environments.
Collaboration is equally uncompromised. The X35 streams live HD video to remote experts or casts inspections onto large screens so entire teams can diagnose problems in real time, cutting downtime and travel costs alike. A high-capacity rechargeable battery powers an entire shift, and hot-swap spares keep the scope online for round-the-clock operations.
