The 2-point adjustment system guarantees the highest measurement accuracy while minimizing linearity errors, providing reliable results over the entire weighing range. The 5.7 in. color touch screen allows for easy menu access and customization of the balance`s home screen. Connect the balance to a computer, printer, or network via the RS232 (2), USB (2, Type A & B), Ethernet, or WiFi. Through the use of the built in proximity sensors, users are provided the opportunity to have touch-free options performed by motioning over the sensors (e.g. printing results or zeroing). The balance automatically monitors ambient conditions including temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, and air density. This ensures the balance is properly calibrated to provide the most accurate sample weights.
The SCMP.P balance allows users to easily check piston pipette volumes utilizing the gravimetric method for control of volumes. The SCMP.F balance features a specially designed weighing chamber which allows for the determination of precise absorption values through the use of filter weight measurements.
User profiles are easily created with modifiable settings and permissions. This allows the users profile to consist of pre-set settings and quick access shortcuts for their specific operation needs. The system continuously monitors the balance`s level status during operation. When the balance moves outside of the allowable level tolerance, the balance alerts the user and guides through onscreen messages the adjustment of the balances feet to the proper level.
