Microbia - Alexandrium CARLA Kit
The Alexandrium CARLA kit consists of sequence-specific hybridization biosensors for the ribosomal RNA (rRNA) of Alexandrium sp. microalgae, together with chemicals needed to generate a proportional colorimetric signal readable by spectrophotometry.
