At Centurion, we know that delivering centrifuges is only the beginning, excellent customer service must follow. We have multiple product specific websites and now also have a dedicated support website. During GMT 7a.m – 4p.m Monday – Friday we have staff to assist any queries by telephone or Skype.

Centurion has a established distributor network in over 100 countries regularly trained and updated. Distributors are aided by fast track parts systems when warranty applies.

Safety

Peace of mind is part of the Centurion experience which is why safety is standard. Each new model is thoroughly tested to destruction. Our unique, “all model” barrier ring resists any sample or rotor explosion, combined with an inertia bowl. The composite and steel lid absorbs and deflects upward impacts. Combined with strong lid locks to maximize an event no run can take place without the lid being firmly shut. Imbalance detection complies with EU rules.

As an ISO 9001 company, the Centurion builds process is certified to the highest international standards. Each receives testing throughout the build process to give maximum control.

International Standards

All Centurion centrifuges carry the CE certification which ensures strict standards for safety and structure. In addition, we test for PAT, Noise and temperature compliance. WEE directive is also instigated.
