The Computerized e-Force Caliper by MICROTECH integrates advanced multi-force control capabilities, allowing precise measurements with a selectable force range of 1-20N. This feature ensures consistent application of force during measurements, enhancing accuracy and measurement reliability. It offers both wireless and USB data outputs, compatible with Industry 4.0 standards. Equipped with a Swiss-made reading system, it boasts a resolution of 1 micron and supports various measurement ranges of 150, 200, and 300 mm. Key functionalities include internal memory for statistical analysis, Go/NoGo indication, and peak measurement logging. Additionally, it has a rechargeable Li-Pol battery and a color touchscreen display. The caliper supports wireless and USB data transfer to a diverse range of operating systems, ensuring seamless data integration. Meeting ISO 17025:2019 standards, each device comes fully equipped with a calibration protocol, manual, and a magnetic charging cable.

MICROTECH update calipers with electronic multi-Force control module, that gives possibility measure all time with a same Force. Measuring Force can be selected throw menu in range 1-20N. Automatic Force mode gives possibility saving to memory or transfer to app actual value upon reaching a given Force (1-20N). Patented e-Force technology improving accuracy of caliper and automized measuring process.
These precision calipers has 150, 200, 300 mm (6, 8, 12 inch) ranges.
Swiss made reading system has 1 micron resolution.

MICROTECH WIRELESS caliper has 3 data transfer modes:

  • WIRELESS data transfer to MDS app (available app’s versions for Windows, Android, iOS, MacOS)  Link to MDS app’s
  • WIRELESS HID mode direct to any device and app (like a keyboard)
  • WIRELESS HID+MAC mode direct to any device and app (like a keyboard) with MAC address

MICROTECH calipers pass metrological control in accredited ISO 17025:2019 metrological lab.

All calipers complete with calibration protocol, manual, magnetic charging cable and plastic box.
