Microwave extraction is a method of extracting chemical components from various raw materials using microwave technology, including plants, minerals and animal tissues. The equipment supports multiple languages and international standard operations, has 360-degree co-directional rotation to ensure uniform microwave heating, and has a safety control system and efficient cooling mechanism. Its extraction tank components are made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials and have an automatic pressure relief function. It is suitable for the extraction of organic matter in solid waste and complies with HJ 765-2015 standards.

Microwave extraction, also known as microwave-assisted extraction (MAE), refers to the technology and method of extracting various chemical components from plants, minerals, animal tissues, etc. in a microwave reactor using appropriate solvents. Microwaves refer to electromagnetic waves with a frequency of 300 MHz to 300 GHz. They use the electromagnetic field to effectively separate certain organic components in solid or semi-solid substances from the matrix and maintain the original compound state of the analyzed object.
