Mil-Tek - Model E219 -Electric Baler for Cardboard & Plastic
The E219 Small Electric Baler for cardboard and plastic. A height of just 1.8m makes it suitable for even the smallest businesses, while the large door opening allows for easy loading at an optimal height.
The Electric E219 is the smallest of the E-series electric balers with a total height of just 1.8m. Even with this low height, a large door opening of almost 1 meter wide allows for the loading of ample amounts of material at an optimal working height.The E219 features the same modern control system as all E-Series machines allowing you to activate the cycle and lock the pressing plate in place. The Stay `n` Hold feature applies constant pressure without any further use of power.The low height of the E219 makes it extremely flexible for even the most compact of working spaces. Despite this, it has an optimal working height for loading material. The E219 is suitable for cardboard, plastic and other recyclable material, with a bale size of around 50kg (cardboard) and 80kg (plastic).Powered by 3-phase electricity, the E219 operates quietly without interfering with the natural workflow and can be located in hygiene sensitive areas.

A Mil-tek technician will guide you through installation, which is done by simply connecting your new A102 Baler to a compressed air supply. You are now ready to start minimizing your waste.
Fill the chamber with cardboard or plastic and close the door. Once the handle is pressed down, the machine is activated and the minimizing has begun. Repeat until the baler is full.
When the baler is full, it ready to be emptied. Tie the bale using the banding, open the door and remove from the chamber. You are now ready to start a new bale!
Bales can be stacked and stored until you have enough to have them collected by your local recycler. They take up no more floor space than a sheet of newspaper.
