The pressing plate has a constant pressure feature, which locks the pressing plate in place to further compact material, without any additional electrical use. The E319 electric baler features a magnetic safety switch and inductive sensors, additionally, customized functions can easily be switched on/off. This unique construction allows for the smaller height, while still featuring a large feed opening and heavy bale weight. As it is powered by electricity, without using hydraulics, the E319 baler is suitable for locations that do not already have a source of compressed air. Fill the chamber with cardboard or plastic and close the door. Once the handle is pressed down, the machine is activated and the minimizing has begun. Repeat until the baler is full.
When the baler is full, it ready to be emptied. Tie the bale using the banding, open the door and remove from the chamber. You are now ready to start a new bale!
