The Electric E319 is a quiet-running electro-mechanical baler. Featuring a spindle-driven pressing plate, the E319 quietly compresses material with up to 15 tonnes of pressing force.Suitable for cardboard, plastic and other recyclable material, the E319 has a modern control system to start the machine and activate the pressing cycle. The pressing plate has a constant pressure feature, which locks the pressing plate in place to further compact material, without any additional electrical use. The E319 electric baler features a magnetic safety switch and inductive sensors, additionally, customized functions can easily be switched on/off. This unique construction allows for the smaller height, while still featuring a large feed opening and heavy bale weight.As it is powered by electricity, without using hydraulics, the E319 baler is suitable for locations that do not already have a source of compressed air. Install

A Mil-tek technician will guide you through installation, which is done by simply connecting your new A102 Baler to a compressed air supply. You are now ready to start minimizing your waste.

Minimize

Fill the chamber with cardboard or plastic and close the door. Once the handle is pressed down, the machine is activated and the minimizing has begun. Repeat until the baler is full.

Bale Out

When the baler is full, it ready to be emptied. Tie the bale using the banding, open the door and remove from the chamber. You are now ready to start a new bale!

Baled Material

Bales can be stacked and stored until you have enough to have them collected by your local recycler. They take up no more floor space than a sheet of newspaper.
