Digital thickness tester is an accurate thickness tester with single crystal sensor,which applies multiple echoes to improve the accuracy,the resolution can reach 0.001mm,the limit thickness can reach 0.30mm,UM-3 has two working modes:normal mode and precise mode.The normal mode adopts interface wave-echo method,test range is 1.5mm-20mm;precise mode adopts echo-echo method,range is 0.30-10mm. It is suitable for measuring thin materials,can accurately and reliably measure 0.25mm flat sheet metal material. It can penetrate the coating,such as paint layer.
