MineralTech - Model SL -Staurolite Mineral Abrasive

MineralTech-SL is a staurolite mineral abrasive that contains less than 1% free crystalline silica. This abrasive is dark brown / reddish brown in color with a bulk density of 130 lbs. per cubic foot. The particles are sub-angular, and the hardness is 7 to 7.5 on the mohs hardness scale. This product is commonly used in the industrial painting market, and can be purchased in bulk pneumatic tankers, 4400 lb. bulk bags, 2200 lb. bulk bags, and 55 lb. paper sacks.
