Vbolt - Model VBT-DD-Mini -Mini/Small Distillation Machinery for Waste/Used Oil to Diesel
The Vboltoil distillation machine recycles black oil into light and heavy diesel. It is suitable for all kinds of waste oil (such as waste
engine oil, waste industrial oil. heavy fuel oil, oil sludge etc.), pyrolysis oil (such as tire pyrolysis Oil, plastic pyrolysis oil etc.). It uses a high-speed centrifuge to separate water, and then absorbs light components such as gasoline and kerosene through a thin-film evaporator.
The treated waste oil undergoes an advanced membrane distillation system to improve its gasification. The oil and gas complete a
catalytic reaction in the distillation tower to produce diesel or base oil. Distillation and catalytic reaction combined with large area
condenser produce very good oil indicators, which can be directly used in engines. Vbolt also provides a special refining system to improve the product quality of the distilled diesel or base oil. After refining, the quality of diesel oil or base oil has good stable performance, and the color is as bn`ght as water without peculiar smell.
