With several styles of Heavy-Duty Rubber and Solid Woven PVC belts available, and many in-stock and ready to ship, MIR can handle your bulk-handling needs. We offer in-house fabrications to customize belts to your specifications, meeting your application needs. We also offer field installation to get your site up and running faster. Our heavy-duty belts are used in construction, aggregates, mining, agriculture, cement, quarries, wood, recycling and heavy metal scrap. Heavy Duty Belting is rated at 220 pounds PIW and above. These durable belts are used in some of the most demanding industries and need to excel under the pressure.
Heavy Duty Belts consist of Rubber and PVC Solid-Woven materials that can endure extreme environments. These belts are often found in 2-ply, 3-ply and even 4-ply construction. MSHA approved and Fire Rated specs available. MIR can provide all Heavy Duty Mechanical Lacing, Super-Screw® and Field Vulcanization.
