Billions of people face water scarcity, relying on expensive, unsustainable methods or worse, going without. Traditional water sources are drying up, and infrastructure struggles to keep pace with rising demand.

The AtmoCell system, engineered by Rainmaker offers a more innovative alternative. Instead of relying on rivers, lakes, or groundwater, this system extracts moisture from the atmosphere, producing up to 5,000 liters of clean water per day, per unit, directly at the point of need. It ensures a reliable supply for communities, industries, and disaster response teams worldwide by eliminating dependence on centralized infrastructure and long-distance water transport.

By condensing air and purifying it through a multi-stage filtration process, AtmoCell delivers high-quality drinking water on site, reducing the cost, waste, and environmental impact of transporting water from distant sources.

Built on years of Rainmaker innovation, this 4th generation of Air-to-Water system has evolved from earlier models that were wind-powered only. While now optimized for grid, solar, or generator power, its modular design remains compatible with wind integration when suitable.

Disrupting the Water Market with Smarter Solutions

For too long, access to water has been limited by geography and infrastructure. Conventional supply models are costly, slow to implement, and often unsustainable.

Rainmaker addresses these limitations through AtmoCell, a modular, energy-efficient system designed to operate independently of centralized infrastructure and intensive resource extraction.

With intelligent automation, a modular design and a decentralized approach, AtmoCell provides water where and when it is needed. Powered by solar, wind, grid electricity, generators, or hybrid combinations, it adapts to diverse environments, making fresh water accessible even in the most challenging conditions.

Versatile & Adaptable

  • Cost Competitive: Lower total cost than traditional water supply methods.
  • Scalable: Modular, stackable design, easily increases production by adding more units.
  • No Heavy Infrastructure Needed: Operates independently, reducing upfront capital costs.
  • Reliable Anywhere: Operates in extreme environments, from deserts to disaster zones, without relying on local infrastructure.

Environmentally & Socially Sustainable

“Who Cares Wins”

Sustainability is essential. Technology should serve both people and the planet.

  • Chemical-Free Water Production: Safe for people and the environment.
  • Minimal Carbon Footprint: Designed for low energy use and emissions.
  • Energy Agnostic: Powered by solar, wind, grid electricity, generators, or hybrid combinations.
  • Empowers Communities: Provides direct access to clean water, transforming lives, improving health, and reducing dependency on unreliable sources.

AtmoCell, engineered by Rainmaker harnesses advanced condensation technology to convert atmospheric humidity into clean drinking water. The system produces water on-site, eliminating the need for surface or groundwater sources, transportation, or heavy infrastructure, and ensuring a reliable supply in challenging environments.

An integrated fan system draws in ambient air, which is filtered to remove dust and airborne particles before it passes over chilled coils, where condensation occurs. The collected water is then purified through a multi-stage filtration system, including dual polypropylene filters, granular activated carbon, reverse osmosis (RO), and LED ultraviolet (UV) sterilization, producing high-quality water that meets or exceeds international drinking standards.

With a production capacity of up to 5,000 liters per unit per day, AtmoCell delivers a compact, efficient, and scalable solution, remotely monitored through the Miranda SmartCell Control System.

AtmoCell adapts to various climates but performs best under specific environmental conditions.

  • Optimal Temperature Range: 59°F to 122°F (15°C to 50°C)
  • Optimal Relative Humidity: 40% and above

AtmoCell performs best in the regions shown below, where climate conditions most strongly support atmospheric water generation.
