Quantum - Mist Linkage Fan Sprayers

TANK

• 600, 800 or 1000 litre polyethylene tank with screw type lid, filling strainer and drain outlet.

FAN

• Four 420mm or 500mm individual axial-type fan heads. Hydraulic drive with four fans plumbed hydraulically in series using oil supply from the tractor, controlled via a softstart and oil control plus distribution block to the fans. Each fan has a rotomolded aerodynamic cowl for excellent air flow, impact resistance and light weight. Fully enclosed bearings and internal spray ring with swivel nozzle bodies and ALBUZ nozzles. 5-blade fan on both models is specifically designed and tested for maximum high-torque air delivery. Leaf guards are now fitted to the two lower fans behind the sprayer.

PUMP

• Medium pressure (20 bar) constant displacement self-priming diaphragm pump – AR80 (80 L/min).

FILTRATION

• Tank filling basket, suction filter.
• CONTROLS
• Remote mount, 4 outlet, UCM controller with pressure gauge  and pressure adjustment.

AGITATION

• Hydraulic venturi agitator.

TRACTOR OIL SUPPLY

• 4 x QM500 fans – system requires 25 L/min oilflow at 2,100 psi, at the tractor remotes, for full performance of 2,250 fan RPM
• 4 x QM420 fans – system requires 20 L/ min oil flow at 2,100 psi, at the tractor remotes, for full performance of 2,500 fan RPM

DRIVE

• Tractor PTO driveshaft to pump and hydraulic drive for cable-gearbox from tractor remotes (see above for more specifications). Driveshaft supplied.

NOZZLES

• 420mm fan is fitted with dual spray rings. Five nozzles per spray ring (ten nozzles in total). A manual shut off valve is fitted to each spray ring to for  low, medium or higher volume rates.
• 500mm fans have eight nozzle bodies. Fitted with one set ALBUZ ceramic hollow cone nozzles
• 60º and 80o brown and yellow fitted as standard

• Heavy duty, galvanised frame.

• HT-BRAVO180 Bravo 180 auto-rate controller, 2-section motor valves
• HT-HV4000 HV4000 auto-rate controller, 2-section motor valves

FAN SYSTEM

• HP-223C-2 Electric fan speed control from cab – MUST have HV4000 controller fitted for this option
• HT-HVRPM1 Single fan rpm sensor for HV4000, monitors one fan only
• HT-BRAVORPM1 Single fan speed sensor for Bravo 180S, monitors one fan only.
