MLIModel Crossflo -Industrial Multitube Heat Exchanger

The Multitube CROSSFLO Heat Exchanger is designed with small diameter corrugated tubes placed within an external jacket and welded onto tube plates at both ends. An expansion joint is integrated into the external jacket to accommodate thermal expansion. The product to be thermally processed circulates within the small tubes, while the service fluid flows through the external jacket. This fully welded structure is particularly suited for various industrial applications, especially for thermal processing of products with low to medium viscosity, including those containing particulates. Standard construction materials include stainless steel AISI 304/316 L, with other materials available upon request. The heat exchanger is engineered to handle pressures of 12 to 16 bar, with potential for higher pressures depending on the connections used, and it operates efficiently within a temperature range from -193°C up to 210°C. Standard connections include UNI DIN and ANSI flanges.
