Henan-Zhongke - Model YG -Mobile Crushing Station
Mobile crushing station is a new rock crushing equipment research and develop by our factory.launched, It greatly expanded the concept of rough break operation. Its design aim is to consider the position of customers, to eliminate the obstacles in crushing facilities and the environment.Really provides high-efficiency and low cost project hardware to customer. Mobile Crushing station (jaw crusher) is used to crush the large material and screen the crushed materials primarily. This plant is widely used in mine, building material, highway, rail way and hydropower industries, etc. The crushing and screening processes can be finished at one time to produce the required size and capacity.
The primary crushing plant includes Hopper,Vibrating Feeder, Jaw Crusher, Semi-trailer Chassis, and other supporting parts. The material is fed into the hopper by the loader. Vibrating Feeder can prescreen the material during its working process, and feed the bigger material into Jaw Crusher for primary crushing process. Then crushed material will be carried out by the belt conveyor.
It mainly consists of hopper, vibrating feeder, primary crushing equipment (jaw crusher or strong impact crusher), arc conveyer belt, multilayer screen, medium crushing equipment (strong impact crusher or cone crusher etc.), fine crushing equipment (PL vertical impact crusher etc.), movable belt conveyor, sand washer & washing apparatus and electric control equipment. They are placed on one or a couple of trailers, forming a complete movable crushing and screening line; are also be segmented fabrication, in the middle are linked by conveyor forming half movable model. The station is mainly used in highway, railway, metallurgy, ore mining, building materials and other enterprises which need to be relocated and mobile. The production capacity is 30-300t/h.
