 The feeder has a pre-screening function for continuous feeding of raw materials; the feeder is a double deck with a heavy-duty vibrating grizzly on the top -deck and three sizes (50mm,75mm, 100mm) available; the bottom deck is a mesh screen or rubber plate, the screen is easy to replace; frequency control, and the feeding speed can be controlled automatically or manually according to the load detection of the jaw shredder. 

The undersized material of the feeder screens can be optionally conveyed to the main conveyor and the side conveyor via the dividing hopper. It can reducethe amount of finely crushed material throughput.
