Maoyuan - Mobile Sludge Dewatering Unit
The dewatering main body of the equipment is composed by thickening part and dewatering part in which lies straightly the screw shaft. The concentrating and dewatering process are consisted of fixed annular plates sand moveable annular plates respectively. By the motivation of the screw shaft, the equipment is suitable for automatic running 24hours all day without stop.
According to each sewage treatment factory’s requests, Mobile sludge dewatering unit can be moved to the site and used to dewater the sludge in the sludge tank of sewage treatment factory. During operation, fist open the integrated polymer feed device to mix the polymer completely; then pumping the sludge from the sludge tank to the mixing & flocculated tank of screw press, then, the sludge exist hybrid reaction with the flocculating agent which is fed by dosing pump, after the alum is formed, the sewage gets into the main body of screw press; after being condensed in the thickening parts, the sewage is fed into the dewatering unit to be dehydrated. After dewatering, the sludge cake is transported, and the filtrate returned to the sewage treatment system to be processed again.
