Wheelie bins Weber - Model MGB 240 Litre -Mobile Waste Container for Clinical Waste
This Weber waste bin is marked for clinical waste in accordance with UN3291, packaging group II and UN-approved for the transport and collection of hazardous goods and hospital waste. It is manufactured from specially developed, high molecular weight, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) by compact injection moulding process in accordance with DIN EN 840 as well as RAL GZ 951/1. Therefore our waste bins are UV-stabilised for outdoor use, resistant to chemicals and temperature variations. It can be emptied by a stepped comb-lift, shape A. By equipping a triangular keyed slam lock to the 240 litre wheelie bin, the bin locks when the lid is closed. The waste bin can only be opened by using a key so that an unauthorized access to the bin can be prevented.
Individual and permanent labelling is possible on the front or back of the body of the waste container. The UN label will be placed on the opposite side to which is chosen. The logo will be applied to the wheelie bin by means of single-color hot stamping. We are also able to provide self-adhesive labels if full colour is required.
The waste bins can be labeled with a permanent cover embossing (relief embossing) for an additional charge. For instance, a company name, instructions, contents or various information texts are requested often for our wheelie bins.
The equipment of the waste container includes a chip nest according to DIN 30745 and RAL GZ 951/1 in the comb for the insertion of data carriers (RFID chip). Per request, we can equip the waste bin with a transponder / chip at the factory for an additional cost.
