Wheelie bins Weber -Â Model MGB 1100 L FL C -Mobile Waste Containers
Produced by compact injection moulding process in accordance with DIN EN 840 and RAL GZ 951/1. Manufactured from specially developed, high molecular weight, high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Resistant to UV, frost, heat and chemicals. Suitable for both DIN and comb- lifting devices; the lifting trunnions for DIN devices are reinforced with steel inserts. 200 mm diameter quiet-running, solid rubber castors with 360° swivel range.

Lifting trunnions
If you need to use your four 4 wheeled garbage bins/trash cans with DIN devices in accordance with EN 1501-5, our recycling bins can be fitted with side lifting trunnions which are reinforced with steel inserts.
Side handles
To facilitate the lifting and manoeuvring of the four 4 wheeled the trade waste containers and its contents, ergonomic side handles can be fitted as an option. The handles of the refuse bins are in accordance with EN 840-2 and are fitted as standard when our waste recycling bins are ordered with central braking is required.
Travelling gear with central braking
If required, we can supply a central braking system to the refuse bins. The brake can be easily applied by using the pedal at the right side of the commercial waste containers and is unlocked by inserting a triangular key into the right side handle of your four 4 wheeled recycling containers.
Wheel variations for special applications
Particular applications need special solutions. We offer a variety of special wheel applications for your refuse bins. For example, we can provide heavy-duty castors with steel rims and roller bearings for especially heavy loads or for longer travelling distances, or castors with non-marking or non-chalking surfaces and polyamide wheels for your mobile commercial waste containers.
Steering locks (directional locks)
We can equip two of the castors of your four 4 wheeled recycling bins with steering locks. These are essential if you wish to use towing kits. The steering locks will keep the wheels in line with your towing vehicle and will prevent the bins from swerving about.
Marking with hot-foil printing
With hot-foil printing in a single colour on the flat lid and/or body you can customize your four 4 wheeled mobile waste containers. The permanent marking is available at a surcharge.
